Firstly, you should offer the problem wheels information to us, which including the pictures/videos of cartons and wheels,quantity of the broken wheels and model number; Secondly, we will send you new wheels and cover all charges; Or you can deduct the wheel charges in next order.

A:Please send us drawing in IGS,STP,STL etc,together with detailed PDF.If you have any requirements,please note,and we could provide professional advice for your reference.
3.Q:What's the acceptable payment and shipping?

4.Q:Do you have those machining parts in stock?
A:The photos show the products which we have manufactured before. We do customizing only.
